Liability Waiver: Vendors agree to discharge Underground Monster carnival,underground horror fest, Art sunday artist agancy and it?s staff from any suits or claims based on property/possession loss or damage.
By submitting your application, you have read and agreed to all of the guidelines of the Underground Monster Carnival
your application is not complete and you space will not be reserved or your listing on event pages, websites, etc will not be posted until payment is recevied..
Once payment is received NO REFUNDS will be offered unless the convention is cancelled by the Event Managers or a disaster occurs preventing the convention taking place or you are not approved for show..
I will e-mail you back if your approved between July 1st 2016 to Feb.1st 2017
If Approved for the show you will get a welcome e-mail with info about the show

2.online though paypal ( no need to have a paypal account, just credit/debit card ) ..contact [email protected] and will send you paypal email
3. Over the phone.. though Dig it credit card machine (e-mail for number)
You can submit Vendor apps starting June 1st.
Because we receive many more applications than we can accept and to ensure the products offered fit within our vision of Underground Monster Carnival please understand that not every application may be approved. Also the deadline for applications and for payment is strict as we do sell out of booths every year and waiting list applicants are usually anxious for a spot
